Look right!
Neutral Neutral
What it really means
Because British traffic drives on the left, cars come from your RIGHT first when you cross. Many London roads have "LOOK RIGHT" or "LOOK LEFT" painted on the ground — trust the paint, and look both ways anyway.
Example conversation
A: Careful! You nearly stepped out in front of that car.
B: Sorry, at home the traffic comes from the other side.
A: I know, just remember to look right first here.
A:小心!
