What it really means
Two weeks. A normal everyday word in Britain (not slang, but it confuses many learners because Americans rarely use it). "See you in a fortnight" = see you in two weeks.
Chinese explanation
两周、十四天。在英国是再普通不过的日常用词（美国人几乎不用，所以很多学习者不认识）。See you in a fortnight 就是"两周后见"。
