What it really means
The polite condition attached to accepting a drink, usually tea. It means "yes please, but I do not want to cause work just for me". The host will almost always have one too.
Chinese explanation
接受饮品（通常是茶）时附加的礼貌条件，意思是"想喝，但不想让你专门为我忙活"。主人几乎总会说自己也来一杯。
