What it really means

Asking to take leftover food home. Say "Could I get a box for this, please?" It is completely acceptable in the UK, though Brits ask a bit shyly. Restaurants are used to it.

Chinese explanation
把吃剩的食物打包带走。说"Could I get a box for this, please?"即可。在英国完全可以接受,虽然英国人问的时候会有点不好意思。餐厅早就习惯了。
