Eating while walking down the street
Neutral Neutral
What it really means
It's completely normal and common in the UK to eat a sandwich, pastry or takeaway while walking or sitting in a park. Nobody minds street food on the go. The main unwritten rule is to bin your rubbish and not eat messily on packed public transport.
Example conversation

B: Totally fine — loads of people eat on the go. Just bin the wrapper.
